White left border at widgets and white borders in threads list and threads.

Blue characters at blue background at threads list and blue bottom links at blue background. In threads and threads lists.

h1.cattitle { color:white; }
td.cat, td.catBottom, td.catHead, td.catLeft, td.catRight, td.catSides { border: 0px solid black; }
td.catBottom, th.thBottom { border-width: 0px 0px 0px; }
