nah, not into the fast franchise anymore, w/o Paul walker, that franchise has died, and is not saveable.
and where i live, theater admission is $20 or more, so it's not worth it for me

Well apparently Paul Walker had wanted to plan a off shoot of fast and the furious with Vin Diesel until he died.

Vin Diesel the only reason he is having any part of the new ones is because Paul would have wanted them to go on.

I may go and see the movie called "Dunkirk" but I don't think it is out yet, another film idea for viewing is one called "Anthropoid" but again, I don't know if it is still in theaters, also, Michelle Rodriguez may be leaving the fast franchise soon too.

Movies are great ways to kilk time. As well as binge watching tv shows. Smile

OK, so with @TTfan barred from posting here, that leaves me with even less options for my summer,as it stands right now, my options are tv, old books or movies and the selection on tv lately has been sub par, so it's looking like a very bleak summer again for me this year Sad but the high points are my lake trip and the fact that summer is nearly over

Not sure if watching movies at home would be a good suggestion. But I would say I love going to concerts in the summer time. It is good way to enjoy the summer weather. Last year I went to a event down town on Canada Day to celebrate Canada Day on 150th Birthday. There was concerts and food trucks too. Not sure if that would be something that Charlie like to do or not. I can't remember what my other suggestion was either. Been a long time since I did say suggestion something on here. I would also say outdoor pools would be good to cool down in the summer time Smile

once again i am seeking ideas for my summer fun, since there will be no new train set for till at least fall or winter and to be clear, any ideas that are mean spirited, pedantic, and are overall disparaging, will be rejected and ignored, also, ideas from @TigerTankfan  will be rejected straight away

Well not sure if the lake trip is still on or not. But if not then I would say seeing a new movie coming out. I would highly recommend the new Mission Impossible Fallout. It is coming out just before the end of July. I am hoping to see it on my birthday week with a friend of mine. But that would be my idea Smile

It seems my high is planning a high school reunion since it is 100 years for the town it was in. It sounds like a interesting to meet up with old class mates if it does work out. I know I have enjoyed going boating while camping over the summer. But I know Charlie has did that before. Not sure if they got any summer festivals going on where you live. I know they would be good to go to. Like they have different food festivals or other festivals going over the summer. I know on Canada Day has a lot of events going on too. Hopefully that helps Smile

Do you have any computer games you can play?

I don't know what else there is that hasn't already been suggested. scratch

I also don't think there is any one thing that will be any one thing that will keep you entertained for an entire season, so you may want to try a variety of the suggestions here and all together they may keep boredom away. Smile

Not sure if there is any outdoor pools where you live. I know they are always good to cool down and have some fun. There is also water parks that have lots of slides and other fun things in it. I know those would be something fun to do in the summer. Not sure if that would be something you would like to do or not. Just some other ideas from me Smile
